Verisure to commercialise its professionally monitored security services in Spain with MasOrange and their 30-million-strong customer base

(Madrid, 16 October 2025) Verisure, the leading provider of professionally monitored security services with 24/7 response in Europe and Latin America, has announced that it will leverage Spain's leading telecommunications operator, MasOrange, as an additional commercial channel in its largest market, Spain.

This announcement reflects Verisure’s continued commitment to further deliver growth via expanding its reach and improving customer access. Verisure continues to actively build new distribution channels through strategic alliances and partnerships, evidencing the scalability and diversification of its model.

Starting in April 2026, MasOrange's 30 million customers will benefit from Verisure’s leading product and service innovation in the professionally monitored security market.

This represents an important milestone in Verisure’s largest market, leveraging the strengths of two industry leaders to offer customers a seamless experience across security and telecommunications.

Verisure and MasOrange will leverage their innovation and technology services, including owned data and insights, AI and other advanced analytic capabilities to enhance customer experience. MasOrange customers will also benefit from exclusive offers related to Verisure’s monitored security services, including its award-winning products, such as:

  • LockGuard™: Unique on the market, LockGuard™ turns the most vulnerable point in the home, the front door, into a barrier for intruders. Verisure’s first ever smart lock is reinforced by monitored surveillance with Verisure’s Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and its security experts are able to intervene if needed.
  • ZeroVision™: The first affordable battery-operated vision-impairment device. When our monitoring station has evidence of an intrusion, it can remotely detonate the device, releasing thick smoke to quickly fill the protected property, slowing or stopping any on-going theft and expelling the intruder.
  • Anti-jamming system: Operates through its own independent antenna network to ensure uninterrupted transmission of alarms
  • SOS button: Special assistance and monitoring services through various devices, connected to Verisure’s Alarm Receiving Centre.
  • Guardian™ Verisure:  Offers a comprehensive protection system, anywhere and anytime, providing immediate assistance in a variety of emergency situations, via mobile phone and with a constant connection to a specialised team from the company
  • MyVerisure app: The integrated app allows users to manage and interact with their home security system. It provides access to services such as Connectame, which uses AI and signal processing capabilities to detect if the alarm has not been set when leaving the home or business and sends a notification so that it can be connected from the app itself. 

Verisure customers will also be able to benefit from MasOrange's telecommunications services, including leading mobile and broadband services in Spain.
