Verisure certainly know what they are doing, they are very experienced in security, I have been with Verisure for quite a few years now and i have always had a great experience with them, the staff are certainly on the ball and their knowledge is fantastic, if my alarm is triggered they know where and when it happened and can view my cameras to see what the problem, my security is their main target and for all the years I’ve been with them I have never had a problem, they even let me know when the batteries in my devices are running low and they notify me to remind me to charge them, if it’s my alarm box which needs changing they ring me to let me know when the engineer is available to call and it’s usually within a few days of the phone call.

Jannik Eberle, der Mitarbeiter von Verisure Stuttgart hat mir zu den einzelnen Komponenten des Sicherheitssystems eine gut verständliche und nachvollziehbare Beratung vor Ort gemacht. Dann wurde von ihm alles entsprechend dieser Beratung eingebaut. Er kam pünktlich zum Termin und arbeitete ruhig und zielgerichtet.
Dann wies er mich freundlich, geduldig und verständlich in das System ein. Seither ist mein Sicherheitsgefühl stark gewachsen. Herr Eberle hat am 05.12. noch die Außentastaur und den Lockguard eingebaut. Auch bei diesem Termin war er pünktlich und er hat freundlich und kompetent gearbeitet. Das System funktioniert absolut verlässlich.
