Verisure recognised in Financial Times’ ‘Europe's Best Employers 2025’ list

Verisure, the leading provider of professionally monitored security services in Europe and Latin America, has been named in the Financial Times’ inaugural selection of the best employers in Europe.

The Financial Times – with support from data provider Statista – has collated a list of the top 1,000 companies across 26 industries in Europe. Scores are calculated based on an anonymous survey where employees were asked whether they would recommend their employer to friends and family as well as their view of other companies in their sector that they would recommend.

‘Being named as one of Europe’s top employers by the Financial Times, one of the world’s most respected and trusted media institutions, is a proud moment for everyone at Verisure. What’s so special about this recognition is that companies are judged and scored by their own colleagues. We will continue to listen and make improvements based on the feedback of our teams.’ says Marta Panzano, Group Chief HR, Communications, and ESG Officer.

This is the latest recognition for Verisure as an employer that champions high-performing and supportive environments for its colleagues across all of its markets. Verisure was also recently awarded the prestigious Best Workplace™ certification in Sweden, Belgium and Argentina for 2025. This builds on the nine Verisure countries awarded Great Place to Work® in 2024 (Sweden, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Finland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Chile, and Italy), the five that have received the Top Employer® certification for 2025 (Spain, France, UK, Italy, and the Netherlands) and the Top Employer Europe® certification for the second year in a row.
