Verisure launches 2023 Sustainability Report
Verisure, the leading provider of professionally monitored security systems for residential and small business customers in Europe and growing in Latin America, has today released its 2023 Sustainability Report which builds on the inaugural report and formalised ESG Strategy released in 2022.
Despite several significant macroeconomic factors in 2023 that impacted consumer confidence and spending power, the company continued to deliver on its promise to Protect what Matters Most.
Marta Panzano, Chief HR, Communications and ESG Officer said: “In 2023, our alarm receiving centres managed almost 70 million alarm signals and supported our customers in more than 345,000 incidents where on-site assistance was needed. This is our core impact, with our more than 28,000 Verisure colleagues taking responsibility in the ‘moments of truth’, where the peace of mind of a family or the security of a business is at stake.”
The 2023 Sustainability Report has been built on the commitments laid out in last year’s report, reinforcing the clear and simple ambition – to become the industry leader in sustainability. This objective is backed up by improvements against all five ESG pillars: Our Customers, Our Communities, Our People, and Our Planet, all underpinned by Ethics & Integrity.
