Jeg mottok Sirene brannalarm 29.1.26.
Men jeg ble så frustrert av bruksanvisningen i denne brannalarmen, så jeg ringte kundeservice og fikk straks tilsendt en lenke til youtube. Det hjalp litt, men det var umulig for meg å sette inn batteriene. Jeg ringte igjen og sa at jeg ville returnere alarmen hvis dere ikke kunne komme å installere den for meg. Det kunne dere gjøre og uten kostnad for meg. Litt senere ringte dere og kunne komme til meg . 9.febr. kl. 11.00 Så nå er jeg veldig fornøyd. Tusen takk for god service.

From the time he arrived at our door for the first time he became like one of the family he could not have informed us enough about the variety of offers and products available at Verisure.
